Manufactured for Aga in Germany. The 6mm thick base gives quick, even heat distributon and retention. 3 layer non-stick interior is scratch resistant and easy to clean. Lightweight and easy to handle. Suitable for all heat sources apart from induction.

AGA Berndes Ceramic Coated Cast Aluminium is manufactured using the undisputed skill of German engineering to create an exclusive cookware range of exceptional performance. The superior cast aluminium body features an easy clean acid resistant ceramic coating. Generally an aluminium kettle boils faster than a stainless steel.

The Aga owned Coalbrookdale Foundry has been in existance since 1709 and is the oldest Grey Iron foundry in existance in the United Kingdom.
The Aga range of cast iron cookware is manufactured at our Coalbrookdale Foundry situated in the heart of Shropshire in the Seven Gorge, the birth place of the industrial revolution in 1709. Coalborrkdale became the largest and most famous iron industry in the world from which came many of the most notable engineering achievements of all times, including the worlds first iron bridge, errected in 1779 and still in every day use.
From this background of history and tradition has come the range fo Aga cast iron cookware developed and manufactured for the discerning buyer whose major concern is that of quality, performance and value.
