5 Gas Burners
The defining feature of the Mercury range is its striking design with the one-piece brushed stainless steel hob top and cast iron pan supports. The hob is designed to provide a large work surface with ultimate cooking control and is easy to maintain, complete with five powerful gas burners, comprising 1 x 1.7kW, 3 x 3.0kW and 1 x 5kW triple ring wok gas burner.
Hi-Fi Style Controls
Heat control is delivered in style with 9 eye catching Mercury designed hi-fi knobs. Each one offers precise cooking control from the hob burners to ovens and grill.
Oven Compartments
Mercury cookers will let you indulge in your favourite culinary dishes with its two large high performance ovens. The 68 litre multi-function oven and 79 litre fanned oven ( 68 and 66 litre 1000 model) are both complete with stay-clean removable liners. Tough and durable, yet completely flexible each oven is equipped with heavy duty stainless steel shelves, runners and wire work, with the left hand oven offering a telescopic shelf.
Dual Element Grill
The separate robust dual element grill has been beautifully styled and designed to offer adjustable heights with an extendable gliding tray.
Storage Drawer
A hidden extra, the Mercury 1000, 1100 and 1200 feature a streamline hidden storage drawer. Opens with a gentle touch, great for cooking accessories.
