Service

The purchase of one of our appliances is just the start of a long-term relationship. We try to make sure that the care and attention offered by our after sales staff matches the high quality of the products.

Our fully trained engineers can service:

• Aga Cookers: Oil, gas, 13 amp electric, Total Control, LP gas, and solid fuel
• Rayburn Cookers: Oil (cooking / hot water models), gas, wood-burning and solid fuel
• Don Conversions: Oil and gas conversions
• Spare Parts: extensive range of spares together with parts for Don oil and gas conversions

The service department is open Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and we have an emergency service available to our regular customers on Saturdays (Please phone before 11am). If you have a problem outside our normal hours we encourage you to leave a message on our answer phone, as this will be dealt with before we open for business.
