In most domestic refrigerators the natural movement of cooled air will not chill food quickly enough to satisfy professional users, indeed a domestic refrigerator can take many hours to bring down the temperature of your weekly shop.

The Aga system, using commercial forced air refrigeration, reduces the temperature to optimum levels much more quickly and evenly. A fan system circulates large volumes of cold air throughout the interior for rapid chilling and even temperature control throughout the cabinet, eliminating warm spots, hence less moisture is drawn from food that in domestic refrigerator. Typically a lettuce stays crisp up to three times longer!

The refrigerator does not have food storage on the door because every time the cabinet is opened the door interior is fully exposed to the high ambient temperature of the kitchen increasing the risk of bacterial contamination. The insulated door has a mirrored stainless steel interior for style and durability.

The interior of the cabinet is high grade polished stainless steel which is easy clean and durable. The telescopic shelves are adjustable and anti-tilt vented to allow airflow and the pull out Gastronorm stainless steel storage drawers and containers with clear lids make best use of the space available. Additionally there is a stainless steel slide-out 5 bottle wine rack. All this within the high volume 350 litre storage capacity.
