The Mercury Range Cooker is a feat of British design and engineering with a one piece stainless steel hob incorporating five powerful gas burners. The cooker has a large 76 litre “Event” multi-functional oven with removable stay-clean liners and five shelf positions, a 46 litre “weekday” oven with top and bottom heat, a separate grill compartment with a roller grill carriage and variable height and a full depth storage drawer hidden at the bottom.

The Modular Oven has 53 litre capacity with four shelf positions and stay clean linings, a two position radiant grill with fully extending rack. The top and bottom elements can be used independently or together and a fan cooking option gives precise and even heat distribution. The fan only mode is prefect for defrosting. The delay and timer functions provide automatic on-off control.

The Modular Grill is fully compatible for use with the Mercury Modular Oven or can be sited under the worktop or independently as any part of a kitchen design.

The Gas Hob Top incorporates three 3kw, one 2kw and a 5kw burner.

A range of extraction systems are also available.
