Design Features
The Milanos style comes from its heritage with a traditional Italian finish. The Milano features ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, this allows you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. Choose from 8 standard colours or there is the option to colour match, with ILVEs colour match service. Trim options include chrome, brass, copper and bronze. The Milano 100cm 6 Zone Induction range cooker features two soft close oven doors and full width storage drawer.
Oven Functions
The Milano 100cm 6 Zone Induction range cooker has a wide choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The right hand oven has a capacity of 57 litres and the main left hand oven has a capacity of 65 litres. The main oven can be controlled from 30 degrees up to 300 degrees. Both ovens include specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat.
The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control and easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
The right hand oven features aa specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. The continuously turning spit allows the meat to self-base and ensures minimal mess.
Hob Details
The Milano 100cm 6 Zone Induction range cooker has 6 induction zones: 2 x 1.4kW induction zones, 2 x 1.85kW induction zones and 2 x 2.3kW induction zones.
Both medium induction zones feature bridge zone technology that can be connected together to create one large cooking area.
Safety Features
ILVEs cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including triple-glazed glass doors which are cool to touch. The cooker includes a fascia fan to keep the controls cool and a child safety lock, perfect for young families.
