Design Features
The Milano 120cm 8 Burner range cooker features ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, allowing you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. Both beautiful yet handy, this 120cm Milano range cooker includes a full-width storage drawer and two soft-close oven doors. The Milano style comes from its heritage with a traditional Italian finish. You can choose from 8 standard colours or there is the option to colour match, with ILVEs colour match service. There is also the option of four trims including chrome, brass, copper and bronze.
Oven Functions
The Milano 120cm 8 Burner range cooker features two ovens including a 43-litre oven on the right, and an extra-large 97-litre oven capacity in the main oven on the left. With such a large amount of oven space and the option of 15 oven functions, this is a connoisseurs dream. With the quick start rapid heat-up function, you can heat the oven to 200 degrees in 6 minutes. The range cookers baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water-based dish like a stew or retaining the moisture in the oven when baking bread. The pizza setting recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. Both ovens include specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat.
The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control. The ovens interior is similar to cleaning a non-stick pack due to its easy-clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
Hob Details
The dual fuel model features 8 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners. With easy clean black nanotechnology coating, ILVEs burners are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. The Milano 120cm dual fuel range cooker has 8 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition: 2 x 4.3kW double ring wok burner, 4 x 3kW medium burners and 2 x 1.4kW small burner. LPG jets can be fitted by request.
Safety Features
ILVEs cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including a fascia fan to keep the controls cool. The oven doors are cool touch with triple glazed glass and the burners feature a flame safety device to turn off the gas if the flame goes out. Finally, every ILVE cooker features a child safety lock, perfect for young families.
