AGA Classic 100 with 60cm Module

The all electric AGA Classic 100 provides enhanced controllability and superb flexibility, whilst still offering that iconic AGA appearance.

The AGA Classic 100 features cast-iron ovens, which are designed to always be on, ready to use and creating that indefinable AGA warmth, to help keep your kitchen cosy. The new generation Electric AGA is the nearest equivalent to the original on all the time AGA. The ovens radiate the most of amount of heat to the room.

This model features two hotplates, which can be controlled independently of each other and of the ovens.  It boasts three cast-iron ovens for baking, roasting and simmering. The ovens now offer four distinct temperature settings.

AGA food tastes better simply because an AGA cooks better, using gentle radiant heat to retain the food’s moisture, flavour, texture and goodness. The heat steadily radiates simultaneously from the inner surfaces of the ovens, creating dedicated cooking zones.

The AGA Classic 100 model features ovens for baking, roasting and simmering. Easy to control using the simple control panel, the ovens offer four temperature settings for enhanced efficiency, including:

-a slumber setting for maximum energy saving (sits 190c)

-a low temperature setting for a lower than normal heat (210c)

-‘normal’, which is the ideal pre-set temperature for the cooking zone (225c)

-a high temperature setting that provides a boost for batch cooking or entertaining (240c)

Behind the top left hand door sits a small dial which operates either the boiling plate, the simmering plate or both. In each of the hotplates there is a powerful heating element. The boiling plate will be ready to use in around 12 minutes from cold. The simmering plate will be ready to use in around 10 minutes.

60cm Module 

Expand the versatility of your AGA cooker with the AGA Integrated Module, a two oven add on to your AGA cooker that operates independently from the main AGA so comes in handy for small bites and quick meals when the main AGA ovens are turned off, or as the added cooking facility during those larger gatherings/events.

The two ovens comprise of a slow cooker with separate grill in the top oven and a fan oven in the bottom. The fan oven offers specific temperature control which is perfect for those more delicate/temperature sensitive dishes, while the adjustable slow cooker has a multitude of uses, from warming plates and keeping food warm or using the dual circuit grill for browning off dishes or conventional grilling. This is then topped with a 4 ring gas or 4 zone ceramic hob depending on your preference. This additional cooking area allows you to deal with up to 10 pans at once across the hobs and hotplates, perfect for the chaos at Christmas.

50cm Module (Optional Add On)

Classic 100 with 50cm & 60cm Module

The 50cm module has two ovens that comprise of a slow cooker and warming oven. Similar to the more traditional 4 oven AGA cookers, this extra hotcupboard provides plenty of extra space and is perfect for slower cooking than the simmer oven or keeping food warm while preparing those larger meals. It has a seperate control to the main AGA cooker so you can use it only as required which helps keep those running costs down.

The top of the cupboard is either fitted with a traditional warmaing plate, again like the old 4 oven AGA cookers, or you can opt for a large single zone induciton hob depending on your preference. The induction zone hob is very popular and further enhances your cooking capabilities allowing for more precision when needed or as a quick use hob when the hotplates are not in use.

The 50cm and 60cm module can be fitted neatly to the left hand side of the Signature series range cooker, these can also be retrofitted at a later date, but due to differences in colour shades it is recommended to order the same time as the AGA cooker.
