It is designed to give you outstanding cooking facilities and piping domestic hot water. This appliance is not capable to run radiators (see Heatranger)
The cooker will provide domestic hot water to a gravity fed hot water cylinder of 30 gallons every 24 hours providing the cooker used for cooking at a high heat.
The burner is a continuously burning virtually silent vaporising type and does not require any electrical supply. This means this product is a fantastic product for those in rural or off-grid areas of the UK. There is no electricity requirement and is operated by a manual control. All that is need is a Class 1 Flue, Oil Supply and routine servicing of the burner!
The manual control increases the flow of oil and increases the temperature of the main cooking oven and to the hot water (as a bi-product). The operation of the hotplate is also dependent on the setting that the main oven has been turned to.
The large hotplate can accommodate several pans. As the hob is made of solid cast iron if suitable ground based pans are used only part of the base needs to be on the hob to pull through an even heat to the base.
The large main cooking oven and lower warming oven give you plenty of cooking capacity. The main oven is large enough to take a 24lb Turkey comfortably.
A Class 1 flue is required for this product suitable for Oil (either lined chimney or insulated prefabricated flue system. 6 monthly servicing of the burner is also recommended for continued operation and best results.
A premium 28 second commercial kerosene should be used.
